  • No Cost - Our services are provided at NO cost to our clients. A placement fee is paid by the hotel chosen and most importantly your negotiated rate is not inflated by this fee.

  • Site Visits - To help you make your decision, we will arrange site inspections of properties under final consideration, prepare your itinerary, and we are pleased to accompany you onsite during the inspection process.
