- No Cost - Our services are provided at NO cost to our clients. We are paid a placement fee by the hotel chosen and most importantly your negotiated rate is not inflated by this fee.
- Time Savings – We will search any markets on your behalf. We will offer multiple options for you review eliminating your time spent on phone calls, e-mails and solicitations from prospective hotels.
- Rate Savings - We will negotiate the best rest rates available due to our expertise in the hotel industry, our industry relationships and volume.

- Site Visits - To help you make your decision, we will arrange site inspections of properties under final consideration, prepare your itinerary, and we are pleased to accompany you onsite during the inspection process.
